1. Company will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal belonging left in the clothes.
2. Customers are requested to count the clothes at the time of delivery and inform the delivery executive in case of missing articles. Company will not be liable for any such claims after the delivery has been accepted.
3. Urgent delivery of garments will be charged at 50% extra.
4. Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
5. Every effort is made to remove stains but will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.
6. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, etc.
7. Claims raised for quality issues will be valid only within 7 days of delivery.
8. Customers are requested to collect their order within 30 days. We shall not be held responsible after 30 days from the date of booking, for loss of any garment or shoes.
9. For any loss or damage of garment, the compensation amount shall not be greater than 6 times the invoice value for that garment. Applicable only for the orders paid through Laundry Legend Mobile App.
10. We follow "No Claim" policy. All articles are accepted at customer risk.
11. Company is not liable for colour bleed in laundry. You are advised not to give clothes that may bleed colour in laundry.
12. We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or jewelry pitting on your clothes getting damaged during the processing.
13. We shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage, cuts, holes, scratches, stains, etc., becoming apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration deterioration, wear & tear, and exposure to the environment.
14. All accessories that can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
15. We shall not be held responsible for damage to articles that cannot withstand the normal cleaning or dry-cleaning process, articles that are damaged due to the aging process, or inferior quality of clothes.
